Before qualifying as a Reformer Pilates teacher, I spent 12 years teaching group Matwork Pilates classes.

During the Covid lockdowns I recorded a home Pilates Matwork Library for my clients. The Library contains 14 comprehensive Matwork Pilates sessions, ranging from 35mins to 75mins.

This Library remains popular with new and existing clients; many clients continue to use this Home Video Library alongside their weekly Reformer Pilates sessions.
