I started Reformer Pilates sessions with Su after my physiotherapist recommended Su to me. Su took the time to speak with my Physio before I started my sessions so she had a better idea of what triggers my back pain. My Physio was pleased to be able to discuss with Su what she feels causes my back to react painfully after exercise. If I'm honest, I didn't expect to enjoy the sessions so much! But here I am still going every week over a year later. I'm definitely stronger and feel so much more supple than when I began. If you want a caring thoughtful Pilates teacher who will give you a lot of time and support, Su is absolutely your lady.
I am now as pain free and mobile as I am ever going to get and am overjoyed to only have to see my Physio every other month to check in. I honestly can't recommend Su enough.

I’ve been doing 1-1 Pilates with Su for over 4 months now and I can not recommend her enough, her attention to detail is incredible she is always watching to make sure you are doing everything perfectly or modifying it if you can’t quite get there to suit you! Also cueing and making sure I understand everything I’m doing. Every session is always different and tailored to whatever you need to work on. I am now training to be a reformer teacher myself and she has helped me so much!

Before I started the sessions Su spoke with my Osteopath so she fully understood my strengths and limitations. Su is a fantastic teacher, she always guides me through each exercise, the sessions are never repetitive and always interesting and challenging.
My life has improved so much since taking up reformer pilates with Su, my confidence to move has increased, my back pain has greatly reduced, my core strength has improved and my posture is so much better. Su’s motto of ‘walk tall’ always sticks with me when I am out walking my dog!

Su is 100% an awesome Reformer teacher! She takes so much care to teach me good technique and how to breathe properly in each exercise. There is plenty of time to ask questions and she is always happy to adjust exercises for me. I love the fact that her sessions don't feel rushed and are always lovely and relaxed.
I started Reformer Pilates after completing the 'Couch to 5K' and stupidly entered the Cambridge Half Marathon, and thought I ought to make sure my core was up to the task! So far so good, no injuries and I'm feeling stronger than ever - Su's definitely worth every penny!
